Energy-saving use methods and precautions for ultra-low temperature refrigerators:

1. For newly purchased or first-time use, or ultra-low temperature refrigerators after handling, the equipment must be checked before use, and it must be left standing for at least 24 hours before it can be powered on. If it is an ultra-low temperature refrigerator at -86 degrees, it is necessary to cool the freezer to -40 degrees in stages, then drop to -60 degrees after normal start and stop, and then adjust to -80 degrees after normal start and stop for 8 hours. Investigate that the freezer has normal start and stop for more than 24 hours to prove that the freezer performance is normal.

2. After confirming that the freezer is normal by operating the ultra-low temperature refrigerator at minus 80 degrees, you can store items in the freezer. In principle, the ultra-low temperature refrigerator at minus 80 degrees should store items at -60 degrees, not exceeding 1/3 of the box capacity. If the temperature of the stored items is higher than -60 degrees, the temperature of the freezer should be set at about 3 degrees higher than the temperature of the stored items (if the temperature of the items is 20 degrees, the temperature of the low temperature cabinet should be set at 23 degrees) to ensure that the freezer is shut down and has normal start and stop for more than 8 hours.

3. It is strictly forbidden to put too many items with too high relative temperature in the ultra-low temperature refrigerator at one time, which will cause the compressor to not stop for a long time, the temperature will not drop and the compressor will be easily burned. Also, items should be put in batches, and the temperature will be cooled in steps until the required low temperature!
